This site is run personally by Alex Haase. The only personal information it collects is what you voluntarily submit through the /access request form.

What I collect

When you submit the access request form, I collect:

• Your name.
• Your email address and/or phone number, depending on which contact method(s) you check.
• Which section you’re requesting (Friends or Collaborators).
• An optional note about how we know each other.
• A snapshot of the consent text you agreed to, with a timestamp.
• A hashed (one-way) version of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, for abuse prevention only. The raw IP is not stored.

What I use it for

Your contact info is used only to communicate with you about access to this site. That includes:

• A welcome message if I approve your request, with the current password.
• Occasional notifications when the password changes.
• Direct replies if you ask me a question.

I do not, and will not:

• Share, sell, rent, or trade your contact info with anyone.
• Use it for marketing, promotions, mailing lists, or anything unrelated to access.
• Subscribe you to anything you didn’t explicitly ask for.

Where it’s stored

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that only I can access. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. No third-party analytics or tracking scripts run on this site.

Opting out and removal

You can opt out at any time:

• Reply STOP to any text message I send you.
• Reply to any email from me asking to be removed.
• Or email alex@alex-haase.com directly.

When you opt out, I will:

• Remove your contact info from active lists immediately.
• Stop sending you messages.
• Keep a minimal record (your contact identifier and the date of opt-out) so you don’t accidentally get re-added later. You can request full deletion of even that record by saying so.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to:

• Tell you what I have on file for you.
• Correct or update it.
• Delete it entirely.

SMS / text messaging consent (US)

By submitting the access form with the “Text message” option checked, you consent to receive occasional text messages from me about access to this site. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically a few times per year). Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
